Polaris Office Tools (以下簡稱「本公司」) 非常重視使用者個人資訊的保護。本隱私權政策說明在使用本公司線上圖片編輯服務時，個人資訊的處理方式。

2. 個人資訊收集狀況

本公司不會為了提供此服務而收集任何個人資訊。不需要註冊、登入或輸入個人資訊。

3. 上傳檔案的處理

檔案處理方式：

上傳的圖片僅在用戶端 (瀏覽器) 中處理
檔案不會傳輸至伺服器，也不會向外部外洩
所有編輯操作均直接在使用者裝置上執行
編輯完成後，檔案由使用者直接下載，並在關閉瀏覽器時完全刪除

4. Cookie 與網路技術

使用的技術：

僅使用網站功能運作所必需的 Cookie
使用本地儲存空間 (Local storage) 儲存使用者偏好設定
不儲存個人識別資訊

您可以透過瀏覽器設定阻擋 Cookie，但某些功能可能會受到限制。

For visitors in South Korea, analytics storage is enabled by default for service measurement. Outside South Korea, analytics storage remains denied until you choose Allow analytics. Ad storage, ad user data, and ad personalization remain denied in every region.

5. 網站分析

We use GA4-based analytics to understand page visits, device types, and feature usage in a pseudonymous form. To verify that the banner works, we also store an aggregate consent-decision record containing only Accept or Reject and the decision time, without a user identifier.

6. 第三方提供與委託

由於本公司不收集個人資訊，因此不會向第三方提供或委託處理個人資訊。

If you choose to send tool feedback, we store your helpful/not helpful choice, optional reason and message, language, an anonymous browser identifier, and submission time. We do not attach uploaded files or file names. Feedback is used only to improve the service and is automatically deleted one year after its last update. Do not include personal information in your message.

7. 個人資訊安全

針對服務安全採取以下措施：

HTTPS 加密通訊
用戶端處理以最小化伺服器安全風險
定期進行安全檢查與更新
惡意檔案上傳防範系統

8. 使用者權利

作為不收集個人資訊的服務，自動保證以下權利：

無需同意收集個人資訊
無需請求停止處理個人資訊
無需請求刪除個人資訊 (因為未收集)
保證完全匿名

You can allow or reject analytics from the banner at any time. An explicit choice overrides the regional default and is stored in your browser until you change or clear it.

9. 兒童隱私保護

由於此服務不收集個人資訊，14 歲以下的兒童可以安全使用。但我們建議在父母或法定監護人的指導下使用。

10. 隱私權政策變更

如果本隱私權政策有所變更，將透過網站公佈。重大變更將至少提前 7 天公佈。
